Research and Laboratory Safety
The Laboratory Safety program is focused on providing the resources and support necessary for a comprehensive and compliant safety program for laboratory researchers, students, and staff. As part of the EHS mission to support uninterrupted research and learning within a safe and healthy environment, Laboratory Safety personnel publish, distribute, review and revise the Lab Safety Manual, collaborate with the University Office of Research Compliance on inspections labs and other research sites, and advise and support safety personnel at the department and college levels.
