Merta Scott-Hall, LBSW, MSW is a licensed bachelor social worker since 1996. Dr. Scott-Hall career has primarily been in child welfare working in different capacities such as reintegration supervisor, case manager and adoption specialist. In 2002, Dr. Scott-Hall began teaching for Cloud County Community College as an adjunct instructor and taught there for 14 years. Dr. Scott-Hall joined the faculty at Kansas State University as a Social Work Instructor in August 2016. Dr. Scott-Hall completed her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction in 2022. Her teaching philosophy is that learning is a lifelong process.
