Parking

Parking is free at the conference hotel, which is a 7-minute walk from the conference site (.3 mile or .4 mile, depending on the route).

Should you wish to drive from the hotel or other accommodation site to the conference, parking is free on campus Saturday and Sunday, March 23 and 24, but parking on campus Friday afternoon, March 22 will require a permit. The permit costs $5.

Follow these steps to obtain a permit:

  1. Click on the Parking Services Portal.

  2. Create an account by clicking on Sign Up in the upper right hand corner.

  3. Order a Printable Conference Permit.

  4. Print your permit and place it in a visible location on your dashboard to park on campus. If parking in the garage, scan the QR code on the permit to enter and exit the garage.
