Robert E. Campbell Scholarship - Engineering Scholar
The Robert E. Campbell Scholarship – Engineering Scholar program is competitive and awarded to a select group of high-achieving engineering students. To be eligible, students must apply for the university-level Robert E. Campbell scholarship. Engineering students receiving the Campbell Scholarship will receive a supplement from the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering that is stacked on top of the university-level Robert E. Campbell scholarship.
Finalists will be selected by a committee of campus and community leaders and are required to participate in an on-campus or virtual interview. The interview and recognition event will include a luncheon and other special activities. Parents and family members are encouraged to attend.
Four-year award
- $10,000 per year ($5,000 per semester), including the Robert E. Campbell Scholarship and a supplement from the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering, stacked on top of a student’s university award
- Renewable if 3.5 K-State GPA is maintained
Qualifications
- Must be admitted for Summer/Fall 2025
- Must be a domestic or international freshman or transfer student
- 3.5 best GPA required from high school or transfer institution
- Must meet all requirements of the Robert E. Campbell Scholarship including participating and meeting all requirements of the University Honors Program
- Be enrolled as a student in one of the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering’s 14 undergraduate degree programs

- Submit the Honors application
- Complete the Robert E. Campbell Scholarship application
- The Campbell scholarship application serves as the application for the Robert E. Campbell Scholarship - Engineering Scholar program
- Application is due by 5 p.m. CST on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024
- Applicants will be updated on their application status in mid-January following the initial committee review
