Physical Health
Physical health refers to one's bodily well-being. Physical health revolves around diet (e.g., nutrition intake) and exercise (e.g., strength, flexibility, endurance), but also involves personal hygiene and disease prevention. Below are some ways to maintain or improve your physical health:
- Exercise at K-State's Rec Center. Recreational Services provide many opportunties to get active. They celebrated their 100th anniversary on August 24th!
- Listen to your body.

- Stay home if you are sick.
