Swanson publishes a corporate responsibility approach to leading the triple bottom line

Diane L. Swanson, professor of management, is the first author of a chapter titled, "Leading the Triple Bottom Line: A Corporate Social Responsibility Approach" in volume three of the second edition of the authoritative SAGE "Handbook of Industrial, Work and Organizational Psychology."
In this chapter, Swanson and her co-author Marc Orlitzky, University of South Australia, document the growth in triple bottom line practices and describe a type of executive capable of directing an organization to enact positive economic, social and environmental performance.
