On the Spot Improv showcasing Halloween spirit
Kansas State University’s On the Spot Improv Club will host a Halloween-themed show from 8 to 9 p.m. Oct. 31. The group of 16 students will perform in the K-State Student Union’s Little Theater. The show is free and open to all.
Every skit will be centered on the Halloween theme. Attendees are even encouraged to dress in costume, as the best-dressed will receive a prize.
“It’s going to be a blast. We are putting a lot of work into it, and we want it to become something students and faculty look forward to every year,” said Matt Roeder, On the Spot president.
On the Spot is K-State’s premiere comedy and improvisational group. The group's shows involve props and audience participation, while featuring the talents of 16 students.
“We pride ourselves on having fun and putting on a show that anyone can come to and relate to," Roeder said. “We know students have a hectic schedule, so if you can’t stay very long, that’s fine. Stop by and see what we are all about."
