International seminar planned about forest hydrology and watershed management
Luis Caballero from the Zamorano Institute in Honduras will present an international seminar, "Cloud Forest Hydrology and Watershed Management in Honduras: A Strategy for Agricultural Adaptation to Climate Change" at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, in 2024 Throckmorton Hall.
Zamorano is a leading college of agriculture in Central America. A number of its graduates have come to K-State to work on graduate degrees. The seminar is co-sponsored by the departments of agronomy and horticulture, forestry and recreation resources.
Caballero earned a bachelor’s degree from K-State, a master’s degree from Colorado State and a doctorate from Cornell.
