Spotlight K-State returns for the second year
Kansas State University's Teaching & Learning Center and the office of the president present Spotlight K-State 2014, "Innovative Ideas, Shared in Meaningful Ways." This celebration of teaching and learning takes place at 7 p.m. March 31 in Forum Hall at the K-State Student Union with live music, an intermission and after-party in the Union courtyard with wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres.
Don't miss this exciting, informative event in a design, technology and entertainment format highlighting the work of 10 professors at K-State. Each presentation is only six minutes long and follows a homegrown Ted Talk format. Everyone attending gets a free book. The names of the books will be announced next week.
Spotlight 2014 will feature innovative ideas in teaching and learning from Steve Dandanau, Gayle Doll, Mike Finnegan, Huston Gibson, Keith Hohn, David Lehman, Emily Lehning, Don Saucier, Ben Ward and Kim Williams.
