Students in modern languages, international, area studies present their research Friday
The modern languages department is hosting Initials: Modern Languages Student Research Forum from 4-5 p.m. Friday, April 18, in the Hemisphere Room in Hale Library.
Undergraduate and graduate students in both modern languages and international and area studies will be sharing their research projects in a poster presentation format. Modeled after the department's faculty research forum series, Signatures, the student forum provides students each semester the opportunity to delve into original research and share what they are doing in literature, cultural studies and linguistics with the department and campus. Each student works with a faculty mentor to develop their topic. The presenters this semester are:
