Alianza events for Hispanic Heritage Month

Alianza is K-State's faculty and staff alliance for Hispanic/Latino affairs. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Alianza is bringing to campus exciting events featuring Hispanic/Latino history, culture and music. Everybody is welcome.
Heather McCrea, history, and María Teresa DePaoli, modern languages, will host "Día de los Muertos: Altars and Artistry for the Dead" round table at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, in the K-State Student Union's Room 206.
The K-State Latin Jazz Ensemble directed by Kurt Gartner will perform at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, in the Union's Union Station.
