What is K-State CrossFit?

K-State CrossFit is a program at Kansas State University within the department of kinesiology. We offer classes and personal training to develop physical fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive through functional movements performed under the supervision of a skilled coach. K-State CrossFit follows the principles of CrossFit Headquarters. Our focus is on the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit workouts are done in a group, with movements scaled to your fitness and ability level under the direct supervision of a trainer.
