Rediscover Total Rewards open forum today
Over the next several years, Human Capital Services will undergo a comprehensive study to review rewards systems, which will begin with developing job descriptions for university support staff and unclassified nonfaculty.
Please join us for an open forum at 10 a.m. today, May 19, in Forum Hall in the K-State Student Union as we provide an overview of our Rediscover Total Rewards Initiative.
This study also will include analyzing market competitiveness, designing compensation plans that consider the correlation of total rewards to base pay and creating plans that enhance career growth.
We are partnering with CBIZ to develop the university support staff and unclassified nonfaculty job descriptions, and will soon send each university support staff and unclassified nonfaculty employee a questionnaire to document their job duties.
This meeting will give participants the following opportunities:
- Meet the compensation and organizational effectiveness team of Human Capital Services.
- Meet Ed Rataj, managing director of compensation consulting at CBIZ.
- Review the job analysis questionnaire.
- Ask any questions you might have about this initiative.
This open forum also will be streamed live and archived for viewing later on the Rediscover Total Rewards Communications page. A K-State ID will be required for sign in.
