Management Information Systems Club awards two $1,000 diversity scholarships
The Management Information Systems Club executive committee recently approved awarding two of its members a $1,000 scholarship each. The two students are Lincoln Brown and Brett Sherbert, both seniors in management information systems. These scholarships were awarded based on the students' academic achievement, their contribution to the promotion of diversity and their active participation in the club. Congratulations to our two winners.
These two scholarships were provided by ConocoPhillips, the world's largest independent exploration and production company of crude oil and natural gas. The company has hired a large number of Management information systems graduates from Kansas State and continues to actively recruit management information systems students on campus.
