Call for proposals for FY13 Division of Continuing Education's program development grant funding
The K-State Division of Continuing Education is now accepting requests for proposals to support the development of online courses and programs, as well as start-up conferences for the fiscal year 2013 funding cycle. The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, March 30.
This is the fifth annual cycle of internal grant funding that supports faculty and staff in their development of online courses and programs. The division’s investment of $1.25 million in previous funding cycles has generated more than $3.5 million in net revenue for the university to date, with totals for the current fourth cycle still in progress.
Courses and programs produced with the support of these grants have already received regional and national continuing education awards and have been featured in journal articles and webinars as models for innovative, quality online education.
An application form and more information about the division's grant funding program are located at http://www.dce.k-state.edu/faculty/grants/
Applications must be received by the Division of Continuing Education by March 30.
