Final week of the Movement Challenge has started
Submitted by Human Capital Services - Benefits
The sixth and final week for the 2016 Movement Challenge started Sept. 25. Hopefully you were inspired by your peers to focus on your physical well-being and to make either tiny or big changes in your life.
This week's Movement Challenge focus is on being active outside. Fall is upon us, and the weather in Kansas is a perfect setting to be more active in nature and outside. Take a walk on the Konza Prairie, find a local path in your community or just spend some extra time outside doing activities that you enjoy.
Don't forget to post to Twitter or Instagram using #purpleisprogess to enter to win a wearable activity tracker. Follow @KStateHCS for more information and fun updates.
Read K-State Today on Friday, Sept. 30, for the week five update for the leaderboard for the Departmental Competition and Individual Top Participants. Five days remain to help your department rise to the top, either in participation or activity. The challenge ends Oct. 1.
Week five reporting for the leaderboard closes at noon Tuesday, Sept. 27, so get your activity logged soon!
