Melissa Poll publishes on modern misogyny in contemporary UK theatre

Submitted by Melissa Poll

Melissa Poll, instructor in K-State's theater program, published an article in the international journal of Contemporary Theatre Review/Interventions.

Poll's publication, "When Little is Said and Feminism is Done? Simon Stephens, the Critical Blogosphere and Modern Misogyny" examines modern misogyny in Simon Stephens' "Three Kingdoms" and the show's critical reception, which largely failed to identify the production's extremely problematic portrayals of violence against women.
