Call for nominations for the 2017 Student Life Awards
The Student Life Staff Development Committee is now accepting nominations for five Student Life awards.
All winners will receive a plaque during a recognition ceremony on April 13. More details will be announced. Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to submit a nomination for at least one of the following awards:
The Outstanding Graduate Student Staff Member Award recognizes one full-time graduate student within the Division of Student Life who has had exemplary performance in their role.
The Outstanding New Unclassified Professional Award recognizes one full-time professional within the Division of Student Life who has had exemplary performance in their role and who has been employed within the Division of Student Life for a minimum of one year but no more than three years.
The Outstanding Unclassified Professional Award recognizes one full-time professional within the Division of Student Life who has had exemplary performance in their role and who has been employed within the Division of Student Life for a minimum of four or more years.
The Putting Student First Award for Faculty recognizes one full-time faculty member who has had a major impact on student success at Kansas State University.
The Putting Students First Award for Division of Student Life Staff recognizes one full-time staff member within the Division of Student Life who has had a major impact on student success at Kansas State University.
Nominations are due Friday, March 3, and all questions on these awards should be directed to the Student Life Staff Development Committee at slsdc@k-state.edu.
