Keli Rylance to present 'Anthrax and Abattoirs: The Archive of Colonel Frank Caldwell Hershberger'

Submitted by Jui Mhatre

Keli Rylance, head of the Morse Department of Special Collections at K-State Libraries, will present "Anthrax and Abattoirs: The Archive of Colonel Frank Caldwell Hershberger" at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 13, at the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art

In 2016, K-State Libraries processed the personal archive of veterinary specialist Col. Frank Caldwell Hershberger. The collection documents his remarkable life: his travels, horsemanship and service in two world wars.

The presentation is in conjunction with the exhibition "Kansas Veterinarian at Work: A Portrait by Tom Mohr" on view through June 17.
