Office of Assessment shares K-State's effective assessment processes

Frederick Burrack and Chris Urban from the Office of Assessment shared the assessment processes used at Kansas State University in the session "Excellent in Assessment Designation: Lessons from the Field" at the American Association of Colleges and University General Education and Assessment conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
K-State received the Excellence in Assessment Designation and was one of 10 college and universities from the U.S. to receive this recognition in its inaugural presentation of this citation. The national recognition cites programs on evaluation based on the National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment Transparency Framework.
The focus of this award and presentation at this conference was on campuswide assessment. The Office of Assessment received a plaque for the recognition.
