Celebrate Cinco de Mayo: First Friday Chow and Chat for military-connected students and staff
Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo at the First Friday Chow and Chat hosted by the Institute for the Health and Security of Military Families from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 5, in 245 Justin Hall.
The director of the institute will serve free food, and since it's Cinco de Mayo, we will celebrate in style!
All current or former K-State military-connected students or staff are invited. If you have ever had a connection with the military — service members, veterans, spouses, military kids or siblings — Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reserve — you are welcome to attend.
You do not have to stay the whole time — chow will be served starting at 11:30 a.m. — and we'll chat with anyone who comes by the institute office, 245 Justin Hall. The institute is here as a resource and we want to know how we can serve you.
