Education Abroad academic approval updates
Education Abroad — formerly the Study Abroad office — has implemented updates to the academic approval and credit transfer process for students who study abroad. Based on recommendations from the K-State Academic Records Group and other campus partners, the changes are intended to simplify and clarify the way course equivalencies are determined for students who participate in education abroad programs and plan to transfer credit back to K-State.
All faculty and staff who are involved in the education abroad credit transfer process, or academic advisors who meet with students interested in education abroad, are requested to review the updated Education Abroad Course Equivalencies processes online.
The website outlines the changes to the Education Abroad academic PDF approval form, how to complete the form and details about the course evaluation and credit transfer process.
