Nominations and applications accepted for dean of K-State Global Campus
Nominations and applications are now being accepted for Kansas State University's next dean of K-State Global Campus.
The dean serves as the chief administrative officer of Global Campus, responsible for providing strategic vision, oversight, leadership and management in all aspects of Global Campus operations including academic programs, enrollment management, workforce and noncredit professional development programming, collaborative partnerships, finance, marketing, outreach, diversity and inclusion, and faculty and staff development.
This position reports directly to the provost and senior vice president, works closely with the Dean's Council and serves as a key member of the university academic leadership team.
The search committee has met to discuss the search process, timeline, expectations of qualified candidates and position requirements. Nominations can be sent to Roberta Maldonado Franzen, director for talent acquisition in Human Capital Services, who is serving as an advisor to the committee and executive recruiter. Applications are due by Sept. 8. The position is expected to be filled by Jan. 1, 2018.
