Notice of Nondiscrimination has been revised

The Office of Institutional Equity, or OIE, revised the notice of nondiscrimination on Aug. 29.
Kansas State University is committed to nondiscrimination in university-sponsored activities and programs. Any employee, student, campus visitor or person who has experienced or witnessed any conduct prohibited by the Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Violence, Domestic and Dating Violence, and Stalking, and Procedure for Reviewing Complainants, PPM 3010, while participating in a university-sponsored program or activity, is strongly encouraged to report the incident(s) to OIE promptly. All supervisors and administrators must report such complaints to OIE as soon as practicable upon notification or first-hand knowledge. A report to OIE can be made using the incident report form. For web publications, link to the notice of nondiscrimination as opposed to copying and pasting. This will reduce the need to update the notice on multiple websites in addition to print publications. Please replace previous print versions with the following:
