Geography faculty candidate to discuss adaptation in coupled social-biophysical landscapes
Jonathan Salerno, postdoctoral research associate in the environmental studies program the University of Colorado, will give a public lecture at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, in the Flint Hills Room of the K-State Student Union. The title of the presentation is "Adaptation in Coupled Social-Biophysical Landscapes: Mobility, Land Use, Conservation and Climate."
Salerno is a candidate for the nature society faculty position in the geography department.
The presentation is sponsored by the Beta Psi Chapter of Gamma Theta Upsilon, the international geographic honor society, and the geography department.
