Tony Award-winning 'Cabaret' comes to McCain Jan. 16
Based on the Roundabout Theatre Company's Tony Award-winning production, the McCain Performance Series at Kansas State University will present the musical "Cabaret" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, in McCain Auditorium.
This production, by Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall, is set in 1931 Berlin as the Nazis are rising to power. With music written by John Kander with lyrics by Fred Ebb, "Cabaret" features such theatre classics as "Cabaret," "Willkommen" and "Maybe This Time."
Tickets can be purchased online at k-state.edu/mccain, by calling 785-532-6428 or at the McCain Auditorium box office. All Kansas State University students and kids 18 and under are half-price. Other discounts are available.
