Moscow Festival Ballet presents 'Swan Lake' at McCain on Jan. 26
Kansas State University's McCain Performance Series presents the Moscow Festival Ballet's performance of Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake" at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, at Kansas State University's McCain Auditorium.
"Swan Lake" is the well-known tale of an evil sorcerer standing in the way of true love. The story centers around Odette, a princess turned into a swan by the evil sorcerer. The production includes 50 dancers who create a magical story-ballet great for the whole family.
"Swan Lake's" choreography is by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov.
Tickets can be purchased online at k-state.edu/mccain, by calling 785-532-6428, or at the McCain Auditorium box office. All Kansas State University students and kids 18 and under are half-price. Other discounts are available.
