Social and online media professional training offered
The Center for Rural Enterprise Engagement will host the second New-Media Marketing Boot Camp Feb. 27-28 at the Bluemont Hotel in Manhattan.
The New-Media Marketing Boot Camp is designed to provide agricultural and rural business owners and other service-oriented individuals, with the needed tactics and strategy to engage consumers in the ever-changing, new-media marketing world. If you are new to new-media marketing, or an expert, this year's boot camp has what you need to take your social media, email marketing, and outreach strategy to the next level.
The two-day workshop event includes 17 sessions focused on content strategy, platform use, analytics, marketing tools and more. Learn more about the event online.
Boot Camp will equip you with the tools to analyze your new-media technology strengths and weaknesses, show you how to capitalize on your strengths — no matter your skill set, and give you a glimpse into the benefits of partnering with the Center for Rural Enterprise Engagement. You will choose which skill-level specific sessions you want to attend. All of the sessions are designed for a variety of different audiences, including extension, garden centers, on-the-farm retail centers, agritourism, commodity and producer organizations, niche-market agricultural products, and many more.
From beginner to advanced, as well as practical and easy-to-incorporate social media strategies, the Center for Rural Enterprise Engagement's New-Media Marketing Boot Camp has something for everyone.
The center guarantees Boot Camp recruits will leave with the skills and knowledge to take your marketing to the next level. The Boot Camp is your opportunity to experience hands-on training with industry-leading researcher. Attendees also will gain insights into the center's own adventures in new-media marketing and the team's personal reflections on their journey.
The Center for Rural Enterprise Engagement focuses on helping small businesses succeed through new-media marketing research.
