Public invited to Gov. Colyer bill signing ceremony on May 15
Gov. Jeff Colyer will travel to Kansas State University on Tuesday, May 15, to sign House Substitute for Senate Bill 109. This is the supplemental appropriations that includes the $15 million restoration for higher education.
The signing ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. in the Burns & McDonnell Collaborative Learning Laboratory in Engineering Hall. This ceremony will follow similar events at Pittsburg State University and Emporia State University earlier in the day. Thanks to Dean Darren Dawson and his staff for assisting the Office of Governmental Relations in making arrangements for the ceremony.
The ceremony is open to the public.
