Interview Designer: Utilizing Competency-Based Interview Questions session offered June 26

Interview Designer, WTD196, will be offered from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, in 1092 College of Business Administration Building
This session focuses on building an aptitude among interviewers at the university and equipping leaders on best practices during the interview process. Participants will learn how to select relevant competency-based interview questions and how to drill down on an experience to consistently assess an applicant.
Participants will learn how to do the following through the session:
- Identify and apply the best practices associated with preparing for, conducting and evaluating structured interviews.
- Define the right competencies for screening, selection and development according to position level.
- Practice structured interview question guides.
