Apparel and textiles professor presents at international congress

Joy Kozar, associate professor of apparel and textiles, recently presented at the 2018 World Marketing Congress in Porto, Portugal. Kozar presented her paper, "Face-saving, Materialistic and Ethical Values as related to Chinese Consumers' Attitudes of Counterfeit Fashion Goods."
Along with presenting, Kozar served as the chair for the Fashion and Luxury Marketing Track. She will retain this position for the 2019 World Marketing Congress which will take place in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The congress, hosted by the Universidade Lusiada-Norte, lasted four days and saw more than 1,000 participants from more than 67 countries. The 2018 theme was "finding new ways to engage and satisfy global consumers."
