Pollution Prevention intern presentations
The university community and public are invited to see how Kansas State University engineering students are making a positive impact on the environment by helping industry partners reduce usage of water, energy, harmful chemicals and source materials.
Pollution Prevention Institute interns employed over the summer by industry partners in Kansas will present their completed pollution prevention projects on Friday, Sept. 14, in Suite 300 of the Unger Complex at 2323 Anderson Ave., Manhattan.
Presentations will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with lunch provided for those in attendance. For lunch reservations, please contact Nancy Larson at nlarson@k-state.edu by Sept. 7 and include any dietary requirements.
