Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering to host Veterans Day breakfast
In honor of Veterans Day, the Club Managers Association of America and the Hospitality Management Society student groups in the hospitality management department invite all students, faculty and staff to join them for breakfast from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering in Hoffman Lounge at Justin Hall.
Breakfast is open to the public for a $5 fee, while all veterans, active duty military personnel, those who serve in the Reserve or National Guard, ROTC cadets and K-State police will receive complimentary breakfast. Breakfast items will include biscuits and gravy, pancakes and scrambled eggs.
Campus parking rules will be enforced. Visitors attending the breakfast may park in metered stalls, which are located throughout campus, or in the parking garage for $1.50 per hour. Visitors are required to obey all posted parking and traffic regulations.
Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering is a student-operated teaching lab in the hospitality management department in the College of Human Ecology. Students, faculty, staff and the Manhattan community can enjoy a fresh
and delicious lunch menu at Lacy's from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the fall semester.
