Global Campus requests distance learning development grant proposals
Kansas State University Global Campus is requesting grant proposals for the development of new distance learning programs for fiscal year 2020. This is the 11th annual cycle of the grant-funding program, primarily used to develop online courses and programs.
"Providing support for the development of distance courses and programs will continue to be a high priority, although funding will be available to support new conferences and other projects as well," said Karen Pedersen, dean of Global Campus.
During the past few weeks, K-State Global Campus staff members have met with deans and department heads to discuss the grant-funding program. Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the details of the program on the grant website.
Proposals are due to the K-State Global Campus dean's office by Friday, March 1. Initial funding announcements will be made in mid-May.
