Carroll, colleagues present at ethics counseling conference
College of Education faculty and graduate students in special education, counseling and student affairs recently presented at the Law and Ethics Counseling Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Doris Wright Carroll, associate professor, and graduate students Täna Arnold and Susana Ortiz presented "Examining the Intersectionality of Ethics Codes and Best Practices for Group Counseling in K-12 Schools."
Carroll and Connie T. Theriot, professor of counselor education at Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee, presented "FERPA and HIPAA: How They Apply to Counselor Supervision."
