Engineering college to celebrate namings
The Carl R. Ice College of Engineering will celebrate the namings of its student success services and three departmental units Friday evening, April 5, at four locations throughout the college.
Private unveilings of new naming signage will take place in the Alan Levin Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering in Rathbone Hall, the Tim Taylor Department of Chemical Engineering in Durland Hall, the GE Johnson Department of Architectural Engineering and Construction Science in Seaton Hall, and the Ike and Letty Evans Academic Success Center in Engineering Hall.
This will be followed by a collegewide ceremony and reception with remarks by Kansas State University President Richard Myers, K-State Foundation President and CEO Greg Willems, and Dean of Engineering Darren Dawson.
