Department of Hospitality Management to present second World of Wines event series

The Department of Hospitality Management, in the College of Health and Human Sciences, will present its second World of Wines event series Sept. 26 and 28. This year will feature two events, which will be led by Certified Sommelier, Cristina Milostan.
A wine and cheese tasting workshop will start at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in Hoffman Lounge at Justin Hall. Milostan will guide guests into proper pairings and wine etiquette. Tickets are $30 for the public and $20 for students. RSVP for this event.
Cava and Small Bites will start at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, in Hoffman Lounge. This event will look at pairing sparkling wines paired with a variety of hor d’oeurves. Tickets for this event are also $30 for the public and $20 for students. RSVP for this event.
Tickets are available at k-state.com/worldofwines or by phone at 785-532-3360. Seating is limited for both events. Guests must be 21 or older to attend. Parking is available on campus for free after 5 p.m. and on weekends.
