Food Science Institute participates in the 'NextGenFood: Innovation You Can Eat' Virtual Conference

Faculty with the Food Science Institute led a session on "The Science of Novel Foods" as a part of the Institute on Science for Global Policy's "NextGenFood: Innovation You Can Eat" Virtual Conference on Sept. 25.
K-State scientists from animal sciences and industry and grain science and industry provided an overview of food science and the critical roles and responsibilities that food scientists play in food innovation.
