Can a hot tub session a day keep the doctor away?
Researchers in the kinesiology department are looking for individuals to participate in a study investigating the effects of passive heating in a hot tub.
Participants will be asked to sit in a hot tub for one hour per day for 11 days. Their vascular and muscular function will be assessed before and after the 11 days of hot tub sessions to determine the effect of the heating.
