Application open for potential Truman Scholars

Campus applications for the Harry S. Truman Scholarship are due March 30. Kansas State University seeks to nominate four individuals to forward to the national competition.

The Truman Scholarship awards up to $30,000 to support graduate study for students aspiring to a career in public service. Since 1980, Kansas State University students have competed successfully more than 30 times.

Students eligible to apply in this year's application cycle must plan on graduating between December 2020 and August 2021. Students must also rank in the top 25 percent of their class.

To learn more about this prestigious scholarship, attend one the information sessions that will be at 4 p.m. on Feb. 26 and 27. All information sessions are hosted in 215 Fairchild Hall.
