Email outage Dec. 4 resulted from hardware failure
On Tuesday, K-State once again experienced an email outage due to a hardware failure with Merit, our email service provider. Email sluggishness then resulted from issues associated with bringing email back up.
The Email Upgrade Committee is in the process of drafting its final report for email options for campus. Once again, information technology services apologizes for the outage during one of the busiest times in the semester.
