K-State Salina student awarded $5,000 scholarship

Kansas State University Salina's Steven Gish, freshman in aviation maintenance, Olathe, is receiving a $5,000 scholarship from the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading Foundation.
As a recipient, Gish will attend an institution sanctioned by the Council of Aviation Accreditation. Scholarship requirements included meeting academic standards and demonstrating need.
For more than 29 years, the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading has been dedicated to fostering and promoting interest and educational opportunities in commercial aviation while providing a forum for those involved in the aviation and supporting industries.
