Rice and National Academies board members provide perspective on food supply resilience
Chuck Rice, university distinguished professor of agronomy and chair of the Board on Agriculture and Natural Resources, a program of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, co-authored with other board members, "Keeping up with the fast-moving world of crisis management."
The opinion piece was published by the journal, Agriculture and Human Values. It provides board members' perspective on the COVID-19 crisis and its effect on the food and agricultural system and calls for a continuous contemplation of vulnerabilities that evolve from our dynamic system of food production.
