UFM releases summer online catalog
UFM Community Learning Center's summer 2020 catalog is now available online at tryufm.org. This summer, all classes will be in an online format to ensure the safety of all participants.
Visit UFM's website to explore the wide variety of classes and programs for the summer, including cooking, crafting, photography and gardening classes, along with wellness, self-defense and language classes. Review the online catalog for a complete list of classes.
Be sure to have a look at UFM's new partnership with LERN to bring UGotClass, a brand new selection of online classes which are self-paced and offer unique opportunities for professional development or earning CEUs toward a certificate. Some of the classes offered via UGotClass include Spanish for Medical Professionals, Mastering Microsoft Excel and Marketing Using Social Media.
UFM is also offering courses through Global Campus for K-State credit. Credit courses include Boxing 1, Aerial Hammock, Barre Fitness and Pilates. These classes are also being offered in an online format.
Join UFM for "Politics on the Platform: Woman Suffrage at the Chautauqua," a live virtual presentation with Sarah Bell in partnership with Humanities Kansas. The event will be at 7 p.m. Monday, June 15. Those interested are asked to register before the event at tryufm.org to participate in the live presentation. Additional information about the presentation is available online at tryufm.org.
