Live Ideas Undergraduate Journal selects peer reviewers
Live Ideas Undergraduate Journal has selected its peer reviewers for the fall 2020 semester. Edwin Butler, Cade Ciesielski, Alissa Rehmert, Sydney Wolgast, Natalie Jabben, Mason East, Bob Brummett and Lori Leiszler will all receive a $250 editorial scholarship in recognition of this role for the semester.
Several more peer reviewer positions will be held by Trace Henderson and Camryn Eberhardy, the current assistant editors of Live Ideas; Mawi Sonna, a primary texts graduate who is pursuing a Master of Arts in K-State's English department; and Jakob Hanschu and Olivia Rogers, who are both former Live Ideas editors and primary texts graduates.
Live Ideas is the open-access, peer-reviewed undergraduate journal of Kansas State University's primary texts certificate program. Peer reviewers are sent three to five submissions from K-State students over the course of the semester and submit their reviews on each submission within a two- to three-week period. A "Quarantine Edition" of Live Ideas will be published in October to highlight the thoughts, feelings, attitudes and ideas of individuals during this unprecedented time.
If you're interested in becoming a peer reviewer for Live Ideas in upcoming semesters or have any questions regarding the journal, please email lauriej@k-state.edu.
