Political science professor presents, teaches at national meetings
Amanda Murdie, assistant professor of political science, was an active participant in the American Political Science Association Meetings in Seattle, Sept. 1-4.
Murdie taught a short course on network methods with instructors from Oxford University, the London School of Economics, the University of Michigan and the University of Colorado at Boulder. She also presented the paper, "Say it Ain't So: The Impact of Human Rights INGO Shaming on Sanctions," and chaired and served as a discussant on a panel on networks of development and peacebuilding.
