Two finalists for dean in the College of Human Ecology

Two finalists have been identified for the position of dean in the College of Human Ecology.
They are Michael Delp, professor and chair in the department of applied physiology and kinesiology at the University of Florida, and John Buckwalter, associate dean of research and graduate studies at the University of Texas-Arlington.
The schedule of candidates will be:
- Delp from Feb. 24-26
- Buckwalter from March 6–8
Each candidate will participate in a public forum:
- Delp will present from 3-4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, in 163 Justin Hall.
- Buckwalter will present from 1-2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 7, in 163 Justin Hall.
The topic for the open fora will be "Vision K-State 2025: Opportunities, threats and implementation plan for the College of Human Ecology."
For those unable to attend in person, the presentations will be streamed live and archived for viewing later. The link for the public forum will be activated just before the scheduled start time and is posted on the provost's website with the full schedules, application materials for each candidate and the survey to provide feedback on each candidate.
