Employees to receive mandatory non-discrimination training via email today
Submitted by Office of Institutional Equity
The K-State Office of Institutional Equity requires K-State employees to take online training on K-State's Non-Discrimination Policy. The training is available through a Qualtrics link that will be sent to employees' K-State email today, Jan. 14.
Employees must complete the required within 30 calendar days of being invited. This training is mandatory.
The email contains a personalized Qualtrics link from the Office of Institutional Equity. The link will direct you to a 10-minute training on K-State's Non-Discrimination Policy, PPM 3010. The non-discrimination training focuses on prohibited conduct, how to report and who must report.
Questions regarding non-discrimination training may be directed to the Office of Institutional Equity at equity@k-state.edu, 785-532-6220, TRS 711. For more information on PPM 3010 — including FAQ, Title IX and helping resources — visit k-state.edu/oie.
This training may be activating for some individuals who have experienced trauma in the past. If you are a survivor of interpersonal violence and would like to meet with a survivor advocate, please contact K-State's Center for Advocacy, Response and Education by email at ksucare@k-state.edu.
If you need an accommodation, please note that the campus ADA coordinator is the director of employee relations and engagement, who may be reached at charlott@k-state.edu or, 785-532-6277 and TTY or TRS 711.
