Counseling Services invites students to join us at noon every Friday for free Mindfulness Meetings

Join Counseling Services for a Moment of Mindfulness at noon on Fridays. The group will meet via Zoom for about 50 minutes to discuss what mindfulness is, practice mindfulness together, increase a mindful and authentic community and reflect upon our experiences.
The free online mindfulness moment is for students who would like to:
- Reduce anxiety and stress.
- Decrease self-criticism and perfectionism.
- Nurture kindness and authenticity.
- Improve focus and increase self-compassion.
Please note: This is not therapy and we do not engage in therapy with participants. Rather, this is a drop-in space open to all K-State students who are looking to increase mindful living. If you are in need of therapy, please call Counseling Services at 785-532-6927.
