K-State Today email delivery issues

Submitted by Communications and Marketing

Recently, there have been reports of K-State Today and K-State Today for Students daily e-newsletters not being delivered. After investigating, it was found that the emails have been delivered to junk email folders for some individuals.

Because this daily email is important to stay informed about the university, please help us ensure delivery by checking the junk folder, or advising others to do so, when K-State Today is not received. If found there, the user should click “It’s not junk” at the top of the email.

The Division of Information Technology has been working to tune mail flow rules to help prevent improper categorization of K-State Today that should help increase mail delivery. Please continue to check the junk folder if  K-State Today is not delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your assistance.
